Terms of Cleaning Services
ITT Cleaning Services Ltd agrees to perform the task set by the consumer in a competent approach. We reserve the authority to come up with improvements to any section of those Terms at any time.
By booking our cleaning expert cleaning services via phone, electronic mail, fax or website the consumer is agreeing to be bound by the Firm Terms and Conditions of Service. The customer must allow the cleaner to use warm water and power. All fragile and breakable stuff must be safeguarded or taken out. We shall present all cleaning products and equipment on request.
Please be aware that this can be subject to an additional charge.
Our ITT Cleaning Services cleaning company is covered by complete public and company’s liability cover. The cleaners have total public insurance, too.
In the event of a problem, we should be notified in 24 hours right subsequently at the end of the cleaning session. No privileges would be accepted after the above period limit. When the customer is disappointed with the job, the cleaner should be permitted to go back and redo the work at absolutely no extra price.
We will not be accountable for failing to remove aged irreversible discolorations or stains that cannot be removed with the use of normal carpet cleaning strategies. Existing damages would be reported prior to commencing the task.
The standard move in move out cleaning expert services will not include cleaning of walls, ceilings, drapes, balconies, outdoor patios, outside windows and carpets and rugs, washing up or laundry. The home must be vacated.
Contract Termination – All Cleaning Services
The Client may call off / reschedule an expert service by giving a minimum of 24 hours notification. If the cleaning company is not informed in time, simply no repayment would be supplied on any sort of deposit paid ahead of time. We have the right to ask for a termination fee of up to 50% of the quoted amount for the scheduled service. The cancellation notice period for contracted regular domestic cleaning is 2 weeks.
A minimal deposit of 50 % of the quoted charge might be payable during the booking process. In the case of such deposit payment having been paid for, the remaining amount must be settled upon completion of the particular task.
