As always we found your service to be very good, efficient and friendly.
Sadly I cannot answer a lot of the questions below as I wasn't present on site while the cleaning took place. However, I went and checked the property in the evening and can confirm that it was done to the best of the cleaners ability (because our carpets were very old and dirty!) Agnieszka Chludzinska was very good and I am delighted with the job she has done. We allowed 5 hours for her to clean the flat, which was not enough time but although she wasn't able to finish I was very well satisfied with the work she did and the kitchen in particular is sparkling. Excellent.
