Window Cleaning
Many people do a mediocre job using window cleaners to clean their windows and sometimes only get the job done half way. They expect the cleaner to do all the work. The job can seem tedious, but there are a few quick and easy window cleaning tips and tricks can turn you into an expert, and with practice the job will soon be a piece of cake.
Using the right equipment is very important, and there are a lot of different tools to help make getting the job done easier. Start at the edges of the window, from the top to bottom, spreading the solution in small circular movements. Be careful when scrubbing and make sure not to press too hard on the glass, or lean up against it. Use a scrubbing tool or sponge to spread the suds of the cleaner all over the window.
There are many window cleaners you can use for any size or type of window, and once you have chosen the cleaner you want to use, mix the solution in a bucket, and head outside with all your tools. Usually it is easier if you start with cleaning the messier side of a window (the outside).
There are many window cleaners you can buy specifically for getting rid of hard water spots, or many do it yourself at home recipes with vinegar. If you are able to get these spots out, coat your windows with a glass wax to make sure it doesn’t happen again. Lastly, use a squeegee and a dry lint free towel to remove all wetness to expose the clean, see through glass.
Cleaning your windows can be a challenge, but if you do it on a regular basis, there won’t be as many hard to remove stains, and you will be experienced and ready for how to get the job done like window cleaners.
