Due to the type of our organization, we do not offer any cash back or for virtually for any of our expert services.

Given that, the cleaning services we supply is working with people and not with products, there isn’t any exclusions or repayments.

We want you to be absolutely happy with our service, and that’s why we call for the consumer to examine the job immediately after it is been finished and if unhappy with anything, inform the cleaner.

If the customer is unable to go back, the cleaning company has the right to turn down any claims or request expressed by the client.

Your statutory rights will not be influenced by our assurance and refund policy.

Repayment will be offered at the discretion of the Administrator.
